Application
This XLPE insulated steel tape armored power cable is used in underground power transmission lines of rated voltage 1KV and below. Steel tape armor allows the power cable to bear considerable vertical pressures.
Construction
- Conductor: Circular, solid, compacted or sector shaped stranded Copper or aluminum
- Insulation:Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE).
- Inner covering:PVC
- Armouring:Galvanized Steel Tape
- Outer sheath:PVC outer sheath type ST2 according to IEC 60502-1. Black color.
